By accessing or using Before GenZ (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We exist to preserve voice‑first cultural memory — these rules exist to protect that mission.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Before GenZ. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian and may have access limited to age‑appropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

When you create an account on Before GenZ, you agree to:

• Maintain only one personal account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You retain ownership of every story, voice reply, and recording you create. By posting on Before GenZ, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, stream, transcribe (for accessibility and search) and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You can delete your content at any time. Deletion removes it from public access; we may retain copies in backups for a limited period for operational and legal reasons.

You may not post stories or replies that:

• Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately removed and reported to authorities
• Harass, threaten or incite violence against any person or group
• Spread deliberate misinformation about historical events, public health, or election integrity
• Doxx or reveal the real identity of any private individual
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Are sexually explicit without appropriate age‑gating
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account termination, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

Stories shared on Before GenZ reflect personal memory and interpretation, not authoritative historical or cultural record. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user‑submitted content. Where you encounter content that breaks our Community Guidelines please report it using the in‑app report tools.

Before GenZ and all associated trademarks, logos, and trade dress are owned by Before GenZ. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Before GenZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Before GenZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Before GenZ is incorporated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in‑app notification or email (if provided). Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
